Process Serving is currently only available through Com-One in the geographic area of Greater Vancouver's Lower Mainland and surrounding area; from Pemberton, BC to the US/Surrey boarder to Hope.

Process Service: $32.00 per service, does not include Affidavit of Service

Attempted Service: $32.00 for first attempt with non-service,  $32.00 per attempt with service.

Affidavit/Notarization - $30.00 (PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU REQUIRE THIS, OTHERWISE WE WILL SIMPLY NOTIFY YOU OF DELIVERY AT NO CHARGE)

Traveling Charge: $0.70 per Kilometer

(There is no charge for the first 20 Kilometers - originating from our base of service; the  New Westminster Court House in Greater Vancouver)

Occupancy Search: $60.00 per visit
